We are urgently seeking a full-time Residential Care Institution (RCI) Manager on a renewable contract basis to manage an RCI for vulnerable children in the region of Vacoas. Indicative criteria: Minimum SC; at least 3 years proven experience in child and youth work; good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to lead a team of employees; computer literate; satisfactory proficiency in English and French; clear and recent Certificate of Character (less than 3 months); physically and mentally fit (as per medical certificate); desirable to have a good understanding of the situation of children in alternative care; preferably living in the region of Plaines Wilhems The selected candidate will be guided through a registration process with the relevant authority and provided with the necessary in-service training.
