Sales Associate STORE SUPERVISOR 1) JOB DESCRIPTION This role includes Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Trainee Store Manager, and Trainee Assistant Store Manager positions. In line with the general working principles and strategies of our brand, these employees ensure store coordination within the framework of occupational safety by using equipment, workforce, and stock effectively and efficiently, and lead their stores to achieve the targeted sales objectives. In addition to their core responsibilities, the expected duties and responsibilities are as follows: • To direct staff towards sales activities. • To conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales analyses of staff. • To evaluate staff performance based on these analyses. • To hold meetings with staff to increase sales performance and improve weaknesses. • To ensure motivation and healthy competition within the store. • To provide staff with training on sales, product knowledge, store layout, and the bonus system. • To inform staff about themes and shelf layouts announced by headquarters at the beginning of the new season and thereafter. To inform staff about returns, exchanges, alteration fees, alteration procedures, testing processes, customer requests, and follow-up. • To inform staff about tasks such as stock shortages, alarm checks, barcode checks, and price checks. • To ensure that staff wear only LTB products as part of their uniforms. • To ensure that staff are clean and well-groomed. • To ensure compliance with working hours. • To prepare weekly work schedules for store staff. • To assign weekly, weekend, and monthly individual targets based on store targets and monitor achievement rates. • To ensure that the right product is available in the store at the right time and price through accurate stock management and to achieve sales targets. • To have full knowledge of collection themes and train staff accordingly. • To conduct detailed sales analyses, identify low-performing product groups, and implement actions to increase sales for these groups. • To ensure that daily stock shortages are transferred from the warehouse to the sales floor regularly, quickly, and accurately every morning and to supervise this process. • To assign staff to check untransferred products, colors, and sizes between the warehouse and sales floor without disrupting sales activities. • To implement actions taken by Product Management (transfer, serialization, returns, discounts, etc.) in the store in a timely manner. • To ensure that windows, glass surfaces, and spotlights are always clean and organized, that spotlights properly illuminate mannequins, and that price tags and campaign materials are complete. • To ensure cleanliness of the store floor, shelves, spotlights, and display materials and carry out necessary checks. • To prepare meeting dates and agendas in line with meeting instructions and organize meetings with full attendance. • To ensure that all cashier operations are carried out in accordance with procedures and that revenue is deposited at the bank on time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Strong leadership skills • Clear and effective diction • Strong management skills • Problem-solving ability • Ability to adapt to an intensive work pace • Attention to personal grooming and appearance • Team-oriented mindset • Proficient in MS Office applications • At least a high school graduate, preferably a university graduate • Preferably proficient in a foreign language • Career-oriented in retail • Suitable for flexible working hours SALES ASSOCIATE DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Les conseillers(ères) de vente représentent notre marque de manière exemplaire grâce à leurs compétences en communication, leur présentation et leur attitude, garantissant ainsi la satisfaction client par une présentation soignée. En plus de vendre des produits pour atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires fixés, ils/elles apportent leur soutien aux opérations en magasin, en entrepôt et en caisse selon les besoins. Outre leurs responsabilités principales, leurs tâches comprennent : • Connaître la culture d'entreprise et l'identité de la marque. • Protéger le mobilier et le matériel du magasin. • Respecter les horaires d'ouverture du magasin (arrivée, départ, pauses et repas). • Porter l'uniforme et le badge en permanence. • Maintenir la présentation des rayons et des vitrines selon les directives du siège. • Participer aux réunions périodiques du magasin. • Accueillir les clients avec dynamisme et convivialité, du début à la fin. • Informer les clients sur les modalités de paiement, les options de paiement échelonné et les remises. • Transmettre les demandes et réclamations des clients au/à la responsable ou au/à la responsable adjoint(e) du magasin. • Assurer un service après-vente irréprochable. • Garantir la propreté, le respect des normes de pliage et le bon fonctionnement des alarmes dans les espaces de vente, à l'intérieur du magasin, en vitrine et dans l'entrepôt. • Effectuer des contrôles des cabines d'essayage. • Assurer le réapprovisionnement des produits en rayon. • Participer aux inventaires.
